Anastasia Maltseva holds a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology and registered with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO).
With over 8 years of experience, she works with adults and adolescents experiencing anxiety, emotional overwhelm, relationship difficulties, life transitions, trauma-related concerns, self-esteem challenges, and emotion regulation difficulties.
Anastasia’s approach integrates Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), attachment-informed, psychodynamic, and trauma-informed perspectives. She combines practical skills and evidence-based strategies with deeper exploration of the patterns, experiences, and relationships that shape emotional well-being.
Her goal is to help clients develop greater stability, self-understanding, and confidence in their ability to navigate life’s challenges.
